Job of Parents is to ensure that their children have the best of all things in life. To achieve this, parents give selflessly and do all within their power to give the best to their child so that the child can grow up to be an independent, smart, successful achiever in life. A true leader is also like a parent, who takes pride in his follower’s journey of growth and wishes the best for his follower. A true leader acts like a true mentor and guru and teaches the ropes of life to his follower, helping and guiding him throughout the journey lest he fail and fall. The motive behind this is selfless – the leader does this without any expectations because for him the growth of his follower is the biggest matter of pride. So parents and leaders both follow the same path of caring for their wards and helping them achieve the best in life without keeping any expectations in return. We must learn to respect these selfless givers because it is due to their sacrifices that many children and many followers move ahead in life.
माता-पिता का काम यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि उनके बच्चों के पास जीवन में सभी चीजें सबसे अच्छी हों। इसे प्राप्त करने के लिए, माता-पिता निस्वार्थ भाव से देते हैं और अपने बच्चे को सर्वश्रेष्ठ देने के लिए अपनी शक्ति के भीतर सब कुछ करते हैं ताकि बच्चा बड़ा होकर जीवन में एक स्वतंत्र, स्मार्ट, सफल उपलब्धि हासिल कर सके। एक सच्चा नेता भी माता-पिता की तरह होता है, जो अपने अनुयायी के विकास की यात्रा पर गर्व करता है और अपने अनुयायी के लिए शुभकामनाएं देता है। एक सच्चा नेता एक सच्चे गुरु और गुरु की तरह कार्य करता है और अपने अनुयायी को जीवन की रस्सियाँ सिखाता है, पूरी यात्रा में उसकी मदद और मार्गदर्शन करता है कि कहीं वह असफल और गिर न जाए। इसके पीछे का मकसद निस्वार्थ है – नेता बिना किसी अपेक्षा के ऐसा करता है क्योंकि उसके लिए अपने अनुयायी की वृद्धि गर्व की सबसे बड़ी बात है। इसलिए माता-पिता और नेता दोनों अपने बच्चों की देखभाल करने और बदले में कोई अपेक्षा रखे बिना उन्हें जीवन में सर्वश्रेष्ठ हासिल करने में मदद करने के एक ही रास्ते का अनुसरण करते हैं। हमें इन निस्वार्थ दाताओं का सम्मान करना सीखना चाहिए क्योंकि उनके बलिदानों के कारण ही कई बच्चे और कई अनुयायी जीवन में आगे बढ़ते हैं।
