Based on his research on ‘Indian Knowledge System’ he has written a book on business ethics titled ‘Ethical Management’. He has contributed various chapters in the ‘Palgrave Handbook of Servant Leadership’, the ‘Palgrave Handbook of Workplace Well-Being’, and ‘New Horizons in Workplace Well-Being’ published by Palgrave Macmillan, Cham. He was invited to speak on these subjects at various universities in the USA including the University of Southern California, the University of North Carolina, San Diego State University, Ohio State University, Michigan State University, and several others.
Prof Modh was given the ‘Outstanding Reviewer Award’ at the Academy of Management Conference, Boston 2019 (MSR Interest Group). He was also awarded the ‘Dewang Mehta Award for Outstanding Contribution to Education’ in 2014.
